In Brief
Our approach to immigration and relocation is strategic, practical and grounded in the realities of cross-border mobility. We combine legal knowledge with commercial awareness, helping clients establish the right residence position in Cyprus while safeguarding their longer-term personal and business interests.
As Cyprus continues to attract internationally mobile families, entrepreneurs, remote professionals and overseas investors, immigration planning increasingly overlaps with real estate, corporate structuring, employment strategy and long-term residence planning. Our role is to bring these elements together into a coherent legal strategy, so that the immigration process supports the client’s broader objectives rather than becoming an isolated administrative exercise.

Practice Pillars
Our team provides strategic guidance on Cyprus residence planning, permanent and temporary residence applications, business immigration, family mobility and ongoing post-approval compliance across the principal relocation routes currently available in Cyprus.
1. Registration of EU Nationals (Yellow Slip)
We advise EU nationals and eligible family members relocating to Cyprus on registration requirements commonly referred to in practice as the Yellow Slip. This route is typically relevant for EU citizens intending to reside in Cyprus beyond the initial period of stay and requires timely and properly prepared filings with the competent authorities.
Our support includes eligibility analysis, document review, preparation of the application file, coordination of the filing process and post-registration guidance for individuals and families relocating to Cyprus for employment, self-employment or longer-term residence planning.
2. Temporary Residency Permit for Non-EU Nationals (Pink Slip)
We advise third-country nationals and families seeking temporary residence in Cyprus under visitor status, commonly referred to as the Pink Slip. This route is often used by financially independent applicants who wish to reside in Cyprus without taking up local employment and who must present a properly structured evidential file addressing income, accommodation and health insurance.
We assist with first-time applications, renewals, family applications and wider residence planning, with particular attention to continuity of lawful stay, documentary consistency and the practical needs of clients relocating to Cyprus on a non-employment basis.
3. Permanent Residency Permit (Fast Track)
We advise on the expedited permanent residence route officially presented by the Republic of Cyprus as Immigration Permits for Investors. This is the principal fast-track permanent residence option for third-country nationals seeking long-term residence in Cyprus through a qualifying investment. The current official framework requires a qualifying investment threshold of €300,000 and specific income requirements for the main applicant and dependants.
Our work covers eligibility analysis, review of qualifying investments, real estate and transaction-related coordination, source-of-funds documentation, preparation of the application file and post-approval compliance advice.
We advise clients before they commit to a real estate or business investment, so that the proposed structure is suitable for the permanent residence application and aligned with the current official criteria.
4. Permanent Residency Permit (Slow Track)
We advise financially independent applicants on the standard permanent residence route, often referred to in practice as the slow-track immigration permit route. This pathway is generally considered by applicants who seek permanent residence in Cyprus without using the investor regime and whose case depends principally on stable income from abroad and properly structured long-term relocation planning.
Our services include application strategy, review of supporting evidence, residential arrangements, family inclusion and advice on post-approval residence obligations. Because these cases are often more sensitive to evidential presentation and timing, we work closely with clients to build a coherent and credible file from the outset.
5. Foreign Interest Companies
We advise founders, shareholders and international groups on Cyprus company establishment and registration as Companies with Foreign Interests through the Business Support Center framework. Under the current official regime, eligible businesses may apply electronically for registration in the Register of Companies with Foreign Interests and, once registered, may access the immigration facilities available for employing highly skilled third-country nationals.
Our work includes reviewing eligibility, structuring the Cyprus presence, preparing the e-application, documenting the qualifying investment and office arrangements, and coordinating the related residence and employment filings for key personnel and their families. The current official criteria require an initial investment of €200,000.
6. Digital Nomad Visa
We advise remote professionals, founders and internationally mobile families on the Cyprus Digital Nomad Visa route. The scheme is aimed at non-EU and non-EEA nationals who work remotely using telecommunications technology for employers or clients established abroad and who wish to reside in Cyprus while maintaining that overseas professional activity.
We assist with eligibility analysis, preparation of the evidential file, family applications, renewals and longer-term residence planning. Under the current official framework, the scheme remains open with a ceiling of 500 permits, provides an initial residence period of one year with possible renewal for up to two additional years, requires minimum monthly net income of €3,500 after taxes and contributions, and allows accompanying family members to reside in Cyprus without obtaining the right to work under that route.
